What We’ve Been Up To
Thanks to your continued support, Arctic Valley keeps growing! Since last year’s auction:
● We completed our second public-use cabin, and Cabins 3 and 4 are already under construction. We’re aiming to have them dried in before winter and open for public use by next fall.
● We’re replacing the 63-year-old haul rope on our beloved t-bar, with plans to have it up and running for the 2025-26 ski season.
● We’re preparing for a long-overdue refresh of Alpenglow Lodge—time to say goodbye to those lingering 1980s vibes!
● Our ski and snowboard rental program has expanded, and we’re boosting our lesson offerings to help raise the next generation of shredders.
Behind the scenes, we’re making major strides on the transformative projects outlined in our Master and Strategic Plans. These upgrades make Arctic Valley better for everyone—but we need your help to make it all possible.
Let’s be real: a dollar doesn’t go as far as it did in the ’80s, and without corporate backing, community support is critical.

Event Details
This year’s auction experience includes:
● A weeklong online auction (Sept. 27 – Oct. 4), with items available for bidding via mobile app or web browser
● A happy hour and silent auction at Arctic Valley Lodge on October 4, featuring art, crafts, and goods that deserve to be seen in person
● A dinner and live auction that same evening, with our premier items up for bid and a night of fun with our amazing community
Tickets are available now. Seating is limited, so don’t wait—this year’s event promises to be bodacious, radical, and totally tubular! We also offer corporate and individual sponsorships and table packages, which can even include a private future tube park party.
