As one of the few non-profit ski areas in the nation, it’s only through the dedication and hard work of our volunteers that Arctic Valley can operate.  Volunteers offer us skills that we desperately need to run and maintain a ski area and volunteers allow us to keep our lift-ticket prices low.   We have a wide range of needs from shoveling snow to operating our lifts to maintaining our equipment. We also have need for professional skills such as marketing, web design, fundraising, construction, and design just to name a few.

Free Skiing/Riding! You can earn complementary lift tickets or entrance to events by volunteering for a shift. Volunteers can also earn transferable lift ticket vouchers when they complete multiple shifts.
