With the ongoing federal government shutdown impacting so many Alaskans, Arctic Valley is extending a special offer to help our community stay active and connected this winter. We don’t want federal employees to miss out on the chance to take advantage of our season pass sale because of circumstances beyond their control.
Who’s Eligible?
Any current federal employee with valid proof of employment.
The Offer
Federal employees can reserve their Regular & Black Diamond Memberships by November 13th at the current sale price — and pay later, once the government reopens.
How It Works
- Sign up online
Fill out the form on our website and upload a copy of your federal employee ID or recent paystub (please redact any sensitive information), and proof of address. The sign up deadline is Thursday, November 13th. - Ski or ride now, pay later
- While the government is shut down, we’ll keep a list of participating federal employees at our ticket counter.
- Check in at our ticket counter every day you want to ski and we will provide you with a lift ticket (Regular Members will receive the discounted rate for their lift ticket here).
- Payment details
- Once the government reopens, you’ll have one month to pay for your membership at the current sale rate.
- We’ll send out invoices to any unpaid participants at the end of the month.
- After payment, you’ll receive your season pass and membership cards, valid for the rest of the 2025–26 season.
